FALL 2019 VOLLEYBALL CLINIC
VOLLEYBALL CLINIC with Coach Francis
One way of developing a VOLLEYBALL skill is to make it a stored routine in the athletes’ system. To make this happen, the most important first step is to bring the skill to a conscious level where the athlete is deliberately thinking about the activity (not necessarily the skill).
In other words, the athlete knows what skill they’re lacking in and focuses on doing activities that will help them build this skill. This can be termed as learning by repetition.
Join us this FALL as volleyball skills are practice over the weeks, the activity becomes easier and easier while naturally forcing the skill to a subconscious level where it becomes permanently stored for recall and habitual use at game time.
This is for boys and girls ages 7 to 16 who wants to have fun and learn all the fundamental techniques needed in playing the game of volleyball.
