One way of developing a VOLLEYBALL skill is to make it a stored routine in the athletes’ system. To make this happen,
the most important first step is to bring the skill to a conscious level where the athlete is deliberately thinking about the activity (not necessarily the skill). In other words, the athlete knows what skill they’re lacking in and focuses on doing activities that will help them build this skill. This can be termed as learning by repetition. This is ideal for those athletes that cannot commit to club volleyball or other sports and would like to learn from Coach Cornejo. Join us this WINTER as volleyball skills are practice over the weeks, the activity becomes easier and easier while naturally forcing the skill to a subconscious level where it becomes permanently stored for recall and habitual use at game time. Great for boys and girls from 6th grade to 12th grade.
